The Marketing Associate will be responsible for assisting the subscription marketing team with the on-going coordination of existing campaigns; the development of new marketing and customer retention efforts; and the execution/reporting of online marketing programs.
•Project manage subscription marketing projects and materials. Assist in the creation of project specifications, monitor the execution of programs including kickoff and status meetings, create and monitor timelines and tracking.
•Actively monitor various campaigns and subscriber lifecycles. Continually review initiatives, report metrics and make recommendations to optimize campaign response, acquisitions and conversions.
•Manage proprietary digital campaign tracking tool to insure campaigns are consistently and accurately tracked and launched.
•Analyze customer feedback, market research and competitive/market activity to pitch and implement appropriate program/product enhancements.
•Implement, monitor and test operations and program tracking mechanisms to ensure all initiatives are properly set up for promotion and response tracking.
•Manage legal approval process for marketing initiatives.
•QA marketing campaigns and materials prior to launch into production.
•Laisse with the various departments to ensure accurate communication surrounding marketing programs and promotions.
•Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1 year of membership/subscription/customer management or similar internship experience. Interest in digital marketing and consumer purchase flows.
•Strong analytical capability and extremely detail oriented.
•Basic knowledge of direct marketing principles and practices.
•Exceptional project and process management skills; highly organized.
•Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
•Ability to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work well within tight deadlines and varying schedules.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of HTML.
•Experience, knowledge or interest in finance/markets/investing preferred.
