David Callaway

Chief Executive Officer, TheStreet, Inc.

Mr. Callaway has nearly 30 years of experience in the media industry. Before joining TheStreet, Inc., he served as Editor-in-Chief at USA Today, since 2012. At USA Today, Mr. Callaway grew the digital news group to the fifth-largest in the United States. Prior to that, Mr. Callaway served as the Editor-in-Chief of MarketWatch, where he expanded the newsroom to 120 journalists across bureaus in the U.S., Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. He has also served as a securities industry reporter at Bloomberg and a reporter with the Boston Herald. Mr. Callaway holds a master's degree from Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism.

Eric Lundberg

Chief Financial Officer, TheStreet, Inc.

Mr. Lundberg has over 20 years of experience in the media industry as a director and finance officer of private media companies. Mr. Lundberg recently held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ALM Media, LLC, an integrated media company focused on the legal and commercial real estate sectors, from January 2008 to January 2015. He was also a member of ALM Media's board of directors. Mr. Lundberg joined ALM Media from Penton Media, Inc., where he served as Chief Financial Officer from November 2006 to January 2008. Prior to joining Penton Media, Mr. Lundberg held various financial positions within American Lawyer Media (predecessor to ALM Media, LLC), including Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, from 1995-2006. Mr. Lundberg holds a B.S. in accounting from Lehigh University.

James R. Freiman

Senior Vice President, Media Revenue, Business & Audience Development, TheStreet.com

Mr. James R Freiman is Senior Vice President, Media Revenue, Business & Audience Development of TheStreet Inc. In his current role James is responsible for all distribution, traffic and content partnerships, media and licensing revenue. Prior to joining the company in 2009, Mr. Freiman was most recently Senior Vice President of Marketing and Advertising Sales at Grandparents.com. From 2002-2007, he served as Vice President of Worldwide Advertising Sales and Business Development at Lavalife Inc., a leading subscription-based social media and online dating service. Mr. Freiman spent the previous 14 years in business development and management roles at leading Media and Online Properties including AOL, United Online (Juno Division), Bertelsmann, PolyGram Records (Universal Music) and Young & Rubicam. Mr. Freiman received his BBA in Finance with concentration in International Marketing from The University of Texas in Austin. Mr Freiman is on the Board of Directors of Digital Content Next and is an active member of several IAB committees and advisory boards.

Margaret de Luna

President, TheStreet.com

Ms. de Luna has close to 20 years of experience in the media industry. She spent more than ten years atDow Jones' MarketWatch in managerial roles, with the most recent being Interim General Manager.  Ms. de Luna recently held the position of Vice President of Product at Praetorian Digital, the leading digital media company in the public safety and local government market, which provides information and resources to help first responders, government officials and military personnel better protect themselves and their communities. She also served as a board member of the Software Information & Industry Association'sABM/CISD division, now known as Connectiv.  
Ms. de Luna holds a B.A. in English from The University of Texas at Austin.

Michael Crosby

President, The Deal

Michael Crosby is President of The Deal LLC, a leading financial technology and media company providing idea generation for over 145,000 of the world's leading bankers, lawyers, consultants and private equity professionals.  Michael joined The Deal in 2007 as Managing Director and led the transformation of the company from largely print and ad-based to an all-digital subscription business with two primary products: The Deal, which provides editorial, data, and analytics aimed at generating ideas for deals; and BoardEx, which is a relationship mapping service used to generate ideas for business development.  Prior to The Deal, Michael founded the Hedge Fund group at Thomson Reuters where he led sales and service for several hundred hedge fund clients growing the business by 25%.  Previous work experience includes serving as Vice President of Global Sales at MarketWatch and product director of AT&T Solutions' enterprise web-hosting business where he also worked on text-to-speech technology.  His experience also includes running the back-office of a boutique brokerage firm and consulting with exporters on expanding into new markets.  He is a native of Canada and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and an MBA from Dalhousie University.  He has a pending patent for discovering business relationships via deal work.

Rachelle Zorn

President, RateWatch

Ms. Zorn has served as President of RateWatch since June 2011. RateWatch maintains the nation’s largest historical and real-time database of deposit, loan, and fee information from more than 100,000 financial institutions. Ms. Zorn joined RateWatch in 2001 as Vice President of Sales & Marketing responsible for sales, retention, marketing, and customer service. In 2004 Rachelle assumed responsibility for company-wide operations and, tasked with assessing the business for maximum performance, she increased profit margins by 40%. RateWatch was subsequently sold to TheStreet in 2007 with Rachelle as RateWatch’s Chief Operations Officer. From 2009 – 2014 Rachelle also served as the Vice President of Inside Sales & Customer Service for TheStreet’s consumer-facing, premium services division. Prior to joining RateWatch, Rachelle held various positions in call center, payroll, and health service industries. Rachelle earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications from the University of Wisconsin and resides in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. 

Ronni Diamant

Vice President, Global Human Resouces

Ronni Diamant (née Goldman) is Vice President, Global Human Resources for TheStreet, Inc.  Ms. Diamant has led the human resources strategy for the firm since July 2000 and was appointed to the Vice President position and member of the executive team in June 2009.  She is responsible for all areas of people strategies and executive administration across all subsidiaries, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, recruitment, facilities management, employment and organizational development.  Prior to joining the Company in 1999, Ms. Diamant spent several years in the Human Resources department for Burson-Marsteller, a leading global public relations and public affairs firm where she provided human resources support for the New York headquarter focusing on recruiting, benefits, employee relations, training and development.  Ms. Diamant holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in human resources from Syracuse University.  She is active in charitable ventures including the establishment of a non-profit weekly program for children living in the New York City Shelter system as well as regular participation and fundraising for 180 Turning Lives Around, Poricy Park, New York Cares and Monmouth County clothing and food drives.

Stefan Chopin

Chief Technology Officer

Prior to working at TheStreet, Mr. Chopin was CTO of EDGAR Online where he created advanced analytic and compliance solutions for exchange listed companies. Prior to EDGAR Online, Mr. Chopin was CTO of E-Tran, Inc., a provider of payment and private label electronic bill-pay solutions to financial institutions. In 1995, he founded Pequot Systems Inc., to develop strategic e- business technology solutions for the financial services community. Pequot was subsequently acquired by iXL Inc. to form the basis of a Financial Services Industry Practice. Mr. Chopin assumed the role of CTO for the Financial Industry Practice at iXL and developed sophisticated trading and web-based wealth management solutions for international banks. Prior to Pequot, he was Vice President of Engineering for Micrognosis, Inc., a leading provider of high-end trading room solutions for the global financial services community. Mr. Chopin started his career at Singer & Friedlander, Ltd, a UK merchant bank. In 2010, he was awarded two patents relating to the display and analysis of financial information.

Tara Murphy

Managing Editor

Tara Murphy is managing editor of TheStreet, overseeing the editorial operations of TheStreet.com and The Deal. Prior to joining TheStreet, she served as president of KATYA Inc., an online women's apparel company. She had previously served as director of business development at Hearst Digital Media as well as managing editor of Cosmopolitan.com. Before Hearst, she spent six years at Forbes, where she served as senior anchor of the Forbes.com Video Network. Tara was formerly a staff reporter at TheStreet.com. She began her professional career in U.S. institutional equity sales at Merrill Lynch in New York.
